Whether navigating the fast-paced media scene in New York or enjoying the vibrant culture of her Louisiana roots, Melissa Chadborn approaches her career and life with curiosity, adaptability, and a deep passion for creative problem solving.

Driven by a love for media, and the rich culture and community of New Orleans, she jumped at the opportunity to leave Manhattan behind and join the Roux Advertising team in her hometown. As Assistant Media Buyer at Roux, she makes a meaningful impact for major client brands around the U.S., while continuing to learn and grow from the agency’s powerhouse buying team.

Her passion for media began with the Disney College Program and led her to New York, where she spent nearly four years at Warner Bros. Discovery developing her skills in media sales and campaign execution. Specializing in Direct Response advertising with a focus on Live Sports and News, her time at Warner Bros. Discovery included working with top-tier networks like TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Boomerang, NBA, TruTV, and CNN. These experiences have allowed her to craft data-driven campaigns that not only engage audiences but also deliver impactful results.

Born and raised in Louisiana, Melissa earned her Marketing and Entrepreneurship degree from LSU in 2019. Outside of work, Melissa is a proud dog mom who enjoys relaxing with a good book, spending time with friends, and exploring new destinations. Fluent in German, she adds a global touch to her already diverse skill set and makes Roux all that more interesting.
