We’re proud to celebrate Jenn on her acceptance into the Louisiana Tourism Leadership Academy (LTLA).
This respected program brings together professionals from across Louisiana’s tourism industry to strengthen leadership skills and expand their understanding of how tourism supports communities across the state.
Running from February through December, the program includes six class sessions and a collaborative group project. Participants focus on leadership, productivity, vision, networking, and gaining deeper insight into their role in statewide tourism initiatives.
As part of the experience, participants are placed into teams and assigned a pro-bono tourism project. Each group partners with a client from within the LTA membership, working on product development and marketing strategies that give back to Louisiana’s travel industry.
The program concludes with a final presentation to the LTA Board of Directors, showcasing the work developed throughout the year.
We’re excited to see Jenn grow through this experience and look forward to the impact she’ll make along the way.
